Known for their wild onstage antics, including a tendency to paint each other and supply enough paint for the audience to get involved too, this promises to be a show you aren’t going to forget in a hurry! Walk The Moon, known primarily for their smash hit single “Shut Up And Dance,” went on hiatus in 2017, in which frontman Nicholas Petricca returned home to look after his father before his passing, and the band took some much-needed rest time from the massive hype created by their sudden success – and in Petricca’s case, to recover from a bad breakup.
Now, the band are back in business, ready to entertain us once more with a brand new album and accompanying tour. “It was really amazing to feel like a band again,” enthused Petricca. “To get back to where we started: boys making noise in a room…The way that painful experience was alchemized into something fun — that’s the stuff of Walk the Moon.”
