The website is loading… Oh wait, Canadian rapper, singer, and songwriter — BBNO$ is finally dropping his highly-anticipated self-titled album this fall. Following its big release, the man is heading out for the INTERNET EXPLORER TOUR, all set to perform his big hits, fan favorites, and new music. This spring, he’s heading to the U.S. for special shows across major cities, including a big night lined up at Los Angeles — coming to Hollywood Palladium on February 18th. As one of the country’s hottest spots for live entertainment, the “Lalala” hitmaker is definitely bound to serve up an unforgettable night packed with his sick hip hop, R&B, and electronic beats.
In signature bbno$ fashion, the man just dropped a whimsical video, always known for his nonsensical antics that gets everyone rolling. His new track, “hot topic” is a humor-filled anthem with his signature groovy beats, pop culture references, and what he describes as “oxymoronic rap” with some disco hints in the mix. The video sees this “it boy” in goth makeup, dancing on the streets with other Hot Topic regulars. Escaping dad by living out his dream of a cybergoth dance party, and later finding him embracing his style, Melodic Magazine describes it as “heartwarming… in an unusual, emo sort of way.”
Popping out into the scene when his 2019 single “Lalala” became a viral hit and peaked at No. 10 on the Canadian Hot 100, all eyes were at bbno$, the musician born as Alexander Leon Gumuchian. In 2021, he gained even greater global recognition for his song “Edamame” feat. Rich Brian which was also used in several films & trailers. He has a slew of hard-hitting collabs with rapper Yung Gravy — oh you definitely know how much bangers the man packs across his catalog of sick beats. In recent news, he won a Juno Fan Choice Award in 2025.
With his signature “oxymoronic rap” style, his music is unique & carefree, “I just make dumbass music that bangs,” he shared with Slug Mag. “It’s pop music that’s laced with really stupid lyrics.”
Coming over to Los Angeles, the man is bound to stir up a wild night at the Hollywood Palladium. As Internet Explorer buffers till the big day, the man is surely loading up some exciting surprises for the tour. The venue is the perfect place for his shows that are intimate yet packed with all-out energy. With modern amenities, a large stage, and top-notch lights & sounds, it’s the place to be.
Right around the corner, there’s tons of food & drink spots for the perfect night out with your friends, fam, squad, or gang. You’ll definitely make new friends at the show as bbno$’s music brings ya’ll together for a big celebration.
