Us here at Hollywood Palladium, located right in the heart of L.A. and a critical part of the scene, are so hyped to welcome Nico Moreno to the stage this fall — bringing his ferocious, no-holds-barred techno takeover to Sunset Boulevard on Friday, November 14th. A night that promises pure, unfiltered industrial techno mayhem, this is Moreno’s long-awaited Los Angeles headliner — and trust us, it’s not one you’ll want to miss, or hear about from someone else after the fact and get some major FOMO. Factory 93 is coming to the stage and  bringing out the big guns with ‘em, and Nico’s signature rapid-fire kicks and rattling basslines are about to turn the Palladium into the rave dungeon of our dreams (or nightmares, depending on how much water you’ve had). But trust us, we’re so not complaining. This show is part of a monster run across North and South America, following the release of his debut album You Can’t Stop the Movement, and he’s got friends in tow — Italian techno queen Adiel and Belgian banger-maker Pawlowski are joining him on the decks for the night. It’s the kind of lineup that makes you cancel weekend plans, reschedule brunch, and bring backup earplugs (no, seriously — bring the earplugs).

Straight from the dark corners of France’s underground rave scene, Nico Moreno has been building a cult following across the globe, dropping massive tracks like Purple Widow, Techno Crari, and Your Bad Company — each one heavier and grimier than the last. Whether you first caught him at Verknipt, Berghain, or accidentally stumbled into a full-blown mosh pit during one of his warehouse sets, you already know: Nico doesn’t do soft. He does distortion. He does chaos. He does liberation through bass. Nico started making music as a teen and found early traction on SoundCloud before launching his own label, Insolent Rave, to bring even more distorted techno to the masses. And now, he’s leveling up again — this time with a full-scale audio-visual onslaught under the Hollywood lights.
