Sting has got a spectrum of talents that brought him to stratospheric heights of achievements and contributions both in his entertainment life, as well as his socio-political causes.
From 1977 to 1984, he fronted The Police which spawned a plethora of iconic singles like "Every Breathe You Take", "Message In A Bottle", "Don't Stand So Close To Me", and a whole lot more.
In 1984, his solo career also mirrored the success of his stint with The Police. Over the course of his career with the band and as a solo artis, he has accumulated a total of 16 Grammy Awards, three Brit Awards, a Golden Globe, an Emmy, and three Academy Award nominations. Some of his milestone awards include an induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, a Hollywood Walk of Fame star, and a CBE from Queen Elizabeth for his contribution to music.
